The year of sorrow Introduction Year of sadness (   10 th  year of prophet hood   ) . Prophet Muhammad (   Peace and b lessing upon him   ) encounter with innumerable adversities forth his life span. For Islamic education in India. Assalam u aley kum wa Rahmat Allahu wa Barkathu , Raah e Hidayat Trust started 10 years ago as small institution with the aim of imparting free Islamic education. Many have benefited after  learning Quran and adopted the Islamic lifestyle. “A Book We have sent down to you so that you may bring forth mankind from the darkness into the light......”. (14:1) Raah e Hidayat students  We realized, even weekly Islamic education or Sunday schools does not fully serves the purpose. As a Muslim we are living in the age of darkness with no or very little Islamic education.
