Where does this running life stop.?

Where does this running life stop.?

Today is 14th of Ramadan, suddenly I realized that the month of fasting is moving so fast and then thought about how fast the life itself is moving.

I always used to wonder that where the real joy is. What is the thing that gives the heart the greatest of pleasures?

Experience from childhood to fatherhood told me that when I see my children's smiling face, the heart blossoms the most.

Children's love is innocent without any impurities. Their happiness, laughter, anger, everything is natural. This blessing of Allah might not be available even in Paradise because everyone will be young there.

O Allah ! Grant this blessing to those who don't have children (Amin).

Whenever I see a smile on that innocent face, everything goes still, otherwise, where does this running life stops to

Think again...

And those who say, "Our Lord, grant us from among our wives and offspring comfort to our eyes and make us leaders for the righteous."(Quran Sura Al-furqan Ayat 74)

Did Islam spread with sword?/

Did Islam spread with sword?/ क्या इस्लाम तलवार से फैलाया गया? “Fanatical Muslims sweeping through the world and forcing Islam at the point of the sword upon conquered races is one of the most fantastically absurd myth that historians have ever repeated”,   says a noted historian De Lacy O’Leary in his book “Islam at the cross road (Page 8)”. And if someone says, that Islam teaches violence and hatred then such a person does not know nothing about Islam. For Islam is based on the association of a human being with the Supreme Being. This bond of love between the created and the Creator is as strong as the one which we have with our parents in general or even stronger. The Supreme Being is a permanent companion and a sure help in emergency, if approached aright. But, men often mistake His help for apparent causes. Islam demands reason and common sense as there no place for mysticism in its teachings.   Despite being strict in its discipline, the living rela...

Jesus came for a Sword?

Jesus came for a Sword?

THE DAY I DIED

Life is unpredictable. But I always thought I could predict what was going to happen next. It was only six days ago. I was driving home with my friends, Malik and Omar. It was Halloween night. We had just watched the movie Saw 3 at the recently refurbished theater at the 3rd Street Promenade in Santo Monica, CA.  It was 11:46 p.m. when I glanced at the clock on the dashboard and realized I hadn't made Isha.(night prayer)  But I didn't say anything, so as not to upset the mood. Just three hours earlier, I put off the Isha prayer until after the movie. Now, I was running out of time.   I only lived 26 years. My 27th birthday was exactly two weeks away. I always imagined I would live long. At least until age 60. It just wasn't imaginable that I would have such a sudden, unexpected death. I had graduated from the University of Southern California three years earlier with a degree that means absolutely nothing right now. Shortly after, I landed a job as a marketing di...
