बलात्कार की समस्या को कैसे रोकें.?

आज दुनिया के लगभग सभी हिस्सों में बलात्कार की समस्या बढ़ रही है। संयुक्त राज्य अमेरिका दुनिया के सबसे उन्नत देशों में से एक है, लेकिन विडंबना यह है कि यह दुनिया में बलात्कार की उच्चतम दर में से भी एक है। एफबीआई की रिपोर्ट है कि वर्ष 1990 में यू.एस.ए. में बलात्कार के 1,756 मामले दर्ज किए गए थे। वर्ष 1996 में यह आंकड़ा 2,713 हो गया था, यानी प्रत्येक 32 सेकंड में एक महिला के साथ बलात्कार हुआ।

अध्ययनों से यह भी पता चला है कि अधिकतर बलात्कार करने वाले पहले से ही अपराधी होते हैं जो शराब और नशीली दवाओं के प्रभाव में इस अपराध को करते हैं, और वे इस तथ्य का लाभ उठाते हैं कि उनके शिकार अकेले चल रहे हैं, या अकेले घर में रह रहे हैं। शोधों से यह भी पता चला है कि अपराधि जो मीडिया पर देखते हैं और महिलायें जो की अर्ध-नग्न पोशाक पहन कर बाहर निकलती हैं, इससे भी इस ग़लत अपराध को बढ़ावा मिलता है और सोने पर सुहागा ये के यदि कोई व्यक्ति अमेरिका में 125 बलात्कार करता है, दोषी होने की संभावना केवल एक बार है, और 50% बार न्यायाधीश पहली बार अपराधी के रूप में उदारता प्रदान करता है या फिर एक वर्ष से भी कम समय की सजा देता है! इसलिए जब हम सुनते हैं या पढ़ते हैं कि अधिकतर अपराध आधुनिक सभ्यताओं में हो रहे हैं जिन्हें उदाहरण के रूप में देखा जाता है तो यह कोई आश्चर्य की बात नहीं है!

दूसरी तरफ, हम एक आदमी को यह कहते हुए सुनते हैं कि अगर अपराधी विवाहित है, तो बलात्कार की सजा जनता के सामने पत्थर मार-मार कर मौत है, और अगर वह विवाहित नहीं है तो सौ कोड़े और एक साल तक तड़ीपार। यह बयान भगवान के पैग़म्बर मुहम्मद (शांति हो उन पर) का है और इंसानी अक्ल को 1400 (चौदह सौ) वर्षों से भी ज़्यादा लगे इसके केवल करीब पहुंचने में।

यह केवल 26 नवंबर, 2002 को हुआ कि भारत के उप प्रधान मंत्री श्री लालकृष्ण आडवाणी ने इस समस्या के समाधान के रूप में बलात्कारकर्ता के लिए मौत की सजा का प्रावधान रख्खा। लाखों महिलाओं को माज़ूर और उन पर अत्याचार किया गया और सदियों तक ये जघन्य गलती करने के बाद मनुष्य इस विचार तक पहुंचा कि इस अपराध को रोकने के लिए मौत की सज़ा को स्थापित किया जाना चाहिए।

सैकड़ों वर्षों के अपशिष्ट, घाटे और गलतियों के बाद, हजारों और लाखों लोगों को यातना, गिरावट और मानव समाज को भ्रष्ट करने के बाद, हमारा विकसित समाज दिव्य कानून की केवल एक झलक को छूने में सक्षम हुआ। इस तरह मानव दिमाग ने इस समस्या का समाधान निकाला।

हर युग में भगवान ने, मानव जाति के लिए महापुरुष उठाए जिन्हें हम ईश्वर के पैग़म्बर के नाम से बुलाते हैं, जिनको वह अपने कानूनों का सही और वास्तविक ज्ञान प्रदान करता है और उन्हें सिखाता है कि सफलता कैसे प्राप्त हो सकती है। ईश्वर का एक मैसेन्जर सही मार्ग दिखाता है, महान पाठ्यक्रम देता है और मनुष्य को गलतियों से बचाता है और दुनिया का अनुभव उसके मुंह से निकलने वाले प्रत्येक शब्द को प्रमाणित करता है। वह मानवता की भलाई के लिए हर पीड़ा उठता है और कभी भी अपने कारण दूसरों को पीड़ित नहीं होने देता और यदि मानव जाती उसकी बात नहीं सुनती है, तो तब तक पीड़ा उठती रहेगी जब तक

फिर से विचार ना करे...

ज़ानि औरत और ज़ानि मर्द - इन दोनों में से प्रत्येक को सौ कोड़े मारो और अल्लाह के धर्म (क़ानून) के विषय में तुम्हें उनपर तरस न आए, यदि तुम अल्लाह औऱ अन्तिम दिन को मानते हो। और उन्हें दंड देते समय मोमिनों में से कुछ लोगों को उपस्थित रहना चाहिए। (लेकिन यदि विवाहित व्यक्ति (अवैध यौन संबंध) करते हैं, तो सज़ा उन्हें अल्लाह के कानून के अनुसार मृत्यु की है, पत्थर मार-मार कर। (अल-कुरान सुरा 24 अयत 02)

How to stop the Problem of Rapes.?

The problem of rapes is rising in almost all the parts of the world today. United States of America is the so called one of the most advanced countries of the world but ironically, it also has one of the highest rates of rapes in the world. FBI reports that 1,756 cases of rape were reported in U.S.A daily, in the year 1990. In the year 1996 the figure went up to 2,713 i.e. every 32 seconds one woman got raped.

Studies have also shown that most rapists are already criminals who commit this crime under the influence of alcohol and drugs, and they take advantage of the fact that their victims are walking alone in isolated places, or staying in the house alone. Researches also revealed that what the criminals watch on the media and the semi-naked styles of dress in which women go out, also lead to the commission of this reprehensible crime and on top of that if a person commits 125 rapes in the U.S, the chances of his being convicted is only once, and 50% of the time the judge will grant leniency as a first time offender or give a sentence of less than a year! Hence it comes as no surprise when we hear or read that most of these crimes occur in permissive societies which are looked up as an example of modern civilizations and refinements!

On the other hand, we hear a man saying, “That the punishment for rape is stoning to death in public if the perpetrator is married, and one hundred lashes and banishment for one year if he is not married. This statement was said by a Messenger of God Muhammad (Peace be upon him) and it took human mind more than 1400 (Fourteen Hundred) years to come even close to it.

It was only on Nov.26, 2002 that the Deputy Prime Minister of India Mr. L. K. Advani favored death penalty for the rapist as a solution to this problem. Millions of females were coerced, gagged and tortured and after committing heinous blunders for Centuries man came to the view that this punishment is just and should be established to stop this crime.

After hundreds of years of waste, losses and blunders, after subjecting thousands and millions of peoples to tortures, degradation and corrupting human society, the unguided reason was able to touch only a fringe of the Divine Law. This is how the human mind dealt with the problem.

God in every age, raised for mankind men among themselves whom we call as Prophets of God and to whom He imparted the true knowledge of His Laws and Right Code of Living and thus showed them the way by which man can achieve success. A Messenger of God shows the right path, the noble course and saves man from error and blunder and experience of the world testifies to every word that flows out of his mouth. He suffers for the good of humanity and never let others to suffer for him and if humanity does not listen to him, it will keeping on suffering until it does not stop to

The fornicatress and the fornicator, flog each of them with a hundred stripes. Let not pity withhold you in their case, in a punishment prescribed by Allah, if you believe in Allah and the Last Day. And let a party of the believers witness their punishment. (But if married persons commit it (illegal sex), the punishment is to stone them to death, according to Allah’s Law. (Al-Qur’aan Sura 24 Ayat 02)
