Have we got freedom..?

Have we got freedom..??

Abhi aazadi mili kahan, kaam abhi baaki hai,
Deen – e – khilafat ka ehtram abhi baaki hai...

Did you know that the father of our nation Mahatma Gandhi praised the system of Islamic khilafat by saying, “I cannot give you the reference of Ram Chandar or Krishna, because they were not historical figures. I cannot help it but to present to you the names of Abu Bakar (the first khalifa) and Umar (the second Khalifa). They were leaders of vast Empires, yet they lived a life of austerity.” He also once said that if India finds a man like Umar – ibn –khattab all the problems will be solved. (Source: Wikipedia)

This was a system of equality, justice and peace, established by Prophet Muhammad (peace beupon him) and by which his rightly guided companions (khulfa –e –rasheedeen, may Allah be please with them) ruled and this was the system for which Allama Iqbal (the man who wrote “saare jahan se achcha Hindustan hamara”) beautifully cried for:-

Meri zindagi ka maqsad tere deen ki sarfaarazi,
Mai isiliye musalma mai isiliye namazi...

If we keep religion separate from state and take human beings as law makers instead of our Creator, then this is what is going to happen.

Homosexuality which was a crime in almost all the countries of the world, a mere twenty to thirty years back, is now not only legalised in many countries of the West and Europe rather they are pressurising other countries to legislate it.

If today, two third of their majority parliamentarians go little further down to decide that there is nothing wrong in having sex with animals, they can very well legalise it. They need no limits and boundaries about whatever they want to do and that is why such a system of sovereignty is not validated in Islam.

The Qur’an explicitly describes Allah as Al-Malik meaning the Sovereign and Al-Malik-ul-Mulk the Eternal Possessor of Sovereignty.

Whatever is in the heavens and the earth belongs to Him and is under His and only His control. He is our Lord and the primary law-giver, therefore no human being or a group of human beings can be the lords over other human beings.

Allah says in the Quran that all human beings are His viceroys to earth and among them there should be a leader (a Khaalifa – the most pious of all) who will act as the custodian of His Laws, derived from the Quran and Sunnah (Teachings of the Prophet Muhammad).

The Khaalifa, thus has rights and powers legislated to him and he further delegates this authority for administering justice and peace to his agents who in return only enjoy marginal autonomy necessary for implementation and enforcement of Islamic laws (the Sharia).

The socio-economic-political system of Sharia which ruled over Spain for over 900 years is the core of Islam and which is now nowhere to be found in the world.

So many people died in the formation of Pakistan and Bangladesh but what good was there in getting them if Allah’s deen was not implemented on these lands. After giving so much blood, the people of Philistine and Kashmir may or may not get their freedom but it will be of what use if the same democracy is imposed upon them.

No other religion brings with it a system of governance except Islam and that is why it was and it is a threat to them. It was crushed by them before and they are crushing it even today, whether it was achieved after fighting with them for so many years by Afghani Talibans (the war on terror or the war against Sharia..?) or implied after winning according to their own system of democratic elections by the Egyptian President Mohemmed Morsi.

Morsi sought to influence the drafting of a new constitution that protects civil rights and enshrines Islamic law. (Source: Wikipedia)

If we don’t strive for Sharia in which lies our own benefit; they will place in the system policies opposite to what Allah commands and therefore very harmful and dangerous not only for our country but for whole of humanity.

For example, Quran encourages to give charity voluntarily and announces a war against those who deals in business of usury and interest while they have made interest as the blood stream of our financial institutions.

Before farmers used to be the slaves of landlords because of compounding interest now World Bank and IMF enslaves countries by the same method.

Any sane person can understand that if money is earned on money lending it would not only dry up the channels of giving charity rather it will give rise to a society of ideal wealth hoarders and blood suckers who will do nothing but only increase the gap between the rich and poor which Islam aims to reduce by the principle of Zakaat.

Zakaat is 2.5% tax on our savings if saved for one year while there is no income tax in Islam but they do exact opposite by putting tax on incomes and give returns on our savings.

And the latest one is of demonetization. Islam says that money should be real wealth based while they introduced a system of paper currency which means a currency can be made into paper anytime anywhere in the world. We have seen this in our own country and also in the examples of Iraq and Afghanistan.

In future also you will see that they will put all their might and main if the system of Sharia tries to up rise again but the believers have no other choice except to struggle (do Jihaad), so that such a system can be achieved to save and protect themselves as well as all of mankind.

But not by the means terrorism or suicide bombings, not by the means of killing innocent people, not by ways of war, weaponry or violent protests; but the way our Prophet was ordered to do, the way all those who believed in him then did and all those who believe in him now should do i.e.by spreading and sharing Allah’s revelation – with the weapons of His Words – with promulgation of His Noble Qur’an – this is Jihadan Kabira (the biggest Jihaad of all).

Democracy (law of people) is exact opposite of Islam (Law of Allah) and the number of chapter and verse below which commands to strive against it are also exact opposites. Is it just a coincidence or do we have to

Think again...

So listen not to the unbelievers (O Muhammad), but strive against them (by preaching) with the utmost endeavour (Jihadan Kabira) with it (the Qur’an). Al Quran Sura No.25 Ver.52
