Who is the master of our destiny?

In whose hands our destiny lies ?
WHO IS MASTER OF OUR DESTINY ?


All nature proclaims the goodness of Allah. The evidence of His existence is scattered all around us. Not only, He created things in pairs, but created them in the most beautiful contrasts.


Look for example at the sun and the moon.The glorious sun is the source of our light during the day, and the moon shines with its splendor during the night. Both form a pair but how different is their lights from each other.

The next contrasted pair is not of the lights, but of the conditions resulting due to the absence and presence of light – the day and the night. The day reveals the sun’s glory while the night conceals it from our sight. Both are periods of time but again how different from each other.

And then the earth and the sky, one stretching far – far beyond our imagination the other right below our feet. One how far and the other so near. What an astonishing contrast.

But the most striking contrast is present in our own souls. God created the soul, and gave it an order, proportion and relative perfection, in order to adapt for the particular circumstances in which it has to live its life. He then breathed into it an understanding of what is sin, impiety, wrong-doing and what is piety and right conduct.

This faculty of distinguishing between right and wrong (the contrast within) is the most precious gift of God to man. This internal evidence of God’s goodness is the biggest of all the blessings bestowed by the Mighty Creator on His frail creature. Just think for  a moment DO WE MAKE OUR OWN DESTINY IF NOT THEN WHO IS THE CREATOR OF OUR DESTINY.

Therefore, man should learn that his success, his prosperity, his salvation depends on himself and his failure, his decline; his perdition depends on spoiling his soul by choosing evil. If man’s free-will has any meaning, he only has the choice of keeping his soul pure as God created it - or corrupting it.

Qadar Qadar is an Arabic word, meaning predestination or “divine fore ordainment”. It is one of the sixth pillar of faith, along with faith in unanimity of Allah, the revealed scriptures, the prophets, the days of resurrection, and archangels. BIOGRAPHY OF ABDULLAH IBN ABBAS Abdullah ibn Abbas was  one of the major companion of prophet (saw), cousin of prophet and one of the early interpreter  of quran., was born in 619 CE. He devoted his entire life     I n educating the ummah. He was known for his knowledge of traditions and his critical   I nterpretation of Quran. He gathered information from other companions of prophet and g ave classes and wrote commentaries.  He died in around 687 CE.
