  TAQLID ( BLIND FOLLOWING OF IMAM ) PERMISSIBLE OR IMPERMISSIBLE  INTRODUCTION OF TAQLID ( BLIND FOLLOWING ) Meaning of Taqlid Taqlid is an Arabic    verbal noun which comes from kallada means to encircle a person or part of body with a band or belt. In Islamic legal terminology taqlid means to “ follow a mujtahid “{an Islamic scholar who can interpret and deduced from sharia i.e. ( Islamic   rule )} It further means following the decision of Imam ( religious expert ) blindly, without examining   the Scriptural   basis or reasoning of that decision. Simply adhering to one of schools ( madhabs ) of Jurisprudence. The Issue of Triple Talaq

Triple Talaq Judgement From over a decade the difficulty of triple talaq have been a prime controversial trouble in India. Government of India desires to abandon the Muslim practice of divorce in an effort to defend the right of Muslim Women. DO WE HAVE FREE WILL OR NOT ? WHAT IS PREDESTINATION (QADAA AND QADAR) ?

Qadar Qadar is an Arabic word, meaning predestination or “divine fore ordainment”. It is one of the sixth pillar of faith, along with faith in unanimity of Allah, the revealed scriptures, the prophets, the days of resurrection, and archangels. Note that  what’s  meant by belief in Q ada’ (   the Divine will) is , sure  belief that everything that happens  in this   universe happens by  will  and decree of Allah .
